What Is A Capsule Endoscopy And How Does It Work?
Dr max Gerson is dead. your just using his name to for self gain. beware!!!
I stopped drinking and that drastically lowered my bp
I am a beer drinker.I don't drink strong alcohol.Does that still put my heart and liver at risk??
Obgyn dr Chang
iam 39, couchpotato all my life, never done any sport, sitting all day. i have 124 BP on the left arm, but 147 on the right arm
That is by far the coolest shit I’ve seen this evening way to care man way to be there. Would it be what all of us really want from someone when we really need them. Thank you.
No matter if you’re been called infertile or whatever, after reading Dobbie Nerkstrol's guide, I ended up pleasantly surprised. Within 60 days anyone can get pregnant, feeling the changes in your body the first few weeks. After go’ogling her I understood it's not a miracle kind of thing like the title suggests, but you can bet you'll boost your chances.
Here is a 2024 update to the booklet for new parents: sph.unc.edu/wp-content/uploads/sites/112/2024/04/RSB-Booklet_April-2024_S.pdf
I am also a nursing student. I do wear hearing aid in my left ear. It is always a struggle to hear sounds whlist wearing hearing aid. I hope and i will beome a nusre. ❤❤❤
Nice propaganda. I heard "bullshit bullshit bullshit, take the medicine if you exercise, take the medicine first, don't stop taking the medicine, you need the medicine." From a doc wearing scrubs to a TV studio, probably gets a kick back for prescribing statins.
Soooo, don't take your blood thinners, good. Don't take your prescriptions, very good. Yeah, I realize he did not say stop taking them--but if you want to do something to PREVENT bruising or lesson it, ask a Nutritionist, not an MD, speaking generally of course.
LIVING in Hell till i die,,after 4 Procedures,,they all walked away;.for me to try and live until i die,,
What kind of procedures did you have?
Xiaflex is a scam and does not work. Do not do this procedure, do the Needle Procedure
Exellent now we have to make this gold standard in American Heart association and red cross as end tidal wave form capnography is.
Watching this after sitting watching TikTok’s all day. My spine is becoming curved
Hello! Ori here, Adam Weir’s wife, Terrazas owner. I work as a caregiver and with hospice patients. Nice to meet you!
Talking about it is everything
i am 58 year old male...i did push ups even on the day i had heart attack five years ago....then i stopped doing it...i do walking and yoga breathing exercises...can I start doing now?
I do pushups 2x a week am attempting to do 1000 pushups in one set 4 months ago I did 845
My blood pressure was reading 160/105 in August. Fast forward 8 months later it’s consistently at 112/76. I completely changed my diet and slowly started being more active! That really helped a lot. Now that’s it’s more controlled I am able to eat a cheat meal here and there with no problem. 🙏🏻👍🏼 I also lost 25 pounds from the lifestyle change thus far !
Hi JosueGarcia, Happy to know about your current BP readings. Could you please share what changes you made in your lifestyle to achieve this.
smart guy
Depends on how high your BP is I guess, if it’s just elevated (120’s/80’s numbers) exercising alone should fix it
At age 61, i use three attempts to do as many pushups as i can. At one time, the most I've done is 70. Collectively, I've done 142 max for a day. I do this every day. Feel fantastic!!
I'm was performing 50 reps of pushups and one day I had a stroke abd I couldn't perform one pushup. 14 months post stroke I'm performing one pushup
Diet and exercise combined with intermittent fasting - worked for me - a year and a half ago I had a BMI of 29 and average blood pressure of 125/85. My BMI is now under 25 (has been for more than a year) and my blood pressure varies throughout the day from around 96/64 to 117/73. At 61 I feel great - I exercise every day - especially resistance work and my diet is made up of lots of salad veg combined with nuts, fish and high fat foods like nuts. Research undertaken with the Yanomamo in South America showed that their blood pressure didn't rise with age and suggests that western diet (high ins sodium and lots of simple carbs /sugar), plus high obesity levels are likely factors in why they do in westernised countries.
Some of these blood pressure medications can do great damage. Some can cause you to develop diabetes, for example. Exercise works. It's best to exercise and reduce or eliminate the med's.
Hello hero! How many catheters do you have to wear during Aqua Baem? I heard that two catheters must be used, one through the urethra and one through the abdomen into the bladder, is that true? If it is possible to use a catheter through the urethra?
She is a good doctor, so I'm looking for a long time 😢 for following up, I'm looking for your new location please 🥺🥺
That is not Fred Spears!!!! That is his nurse Jamie!!!!
High blood pressure can negatively affect people’s sex life massively. That's why it’s very important to lower high blood pressure.
And the medication given to treat HBP definitely does negatively affect your sex life...FACT
Totally unexpected, feeling how it began to shrink and eventually disappear within 2 months was so liberating. I followed the steps I mentioned, and within the first 2 weeks the bloating was gone. I simply go'ogled Tilly Strankten's Ovarian Cyst Guide and it's like I hit the feel-good reset button lol.
How is this procedure done now with the "gas" and less down time for rectocele and bladder both
Dr Joel is a wonderful doctor! He did a great job on my left knee! Thank you so much!
Is that 40 non stop, or 40 in the same moment but with short breaks.
Who is going to just tease themselves with this pathetic little amount? It either turns into too much or easier not to drink at all.
In the majority of cases; probably in most. A thimble a day - Jz 😂
PU's are a wonderful exercise, i do 150/week with a HITT routine. Im glad to hear this cardio news as well!!!!
THIS IS GREAT AMAZING
The study highlighted Isometric Exercises as the most effective.
I get them from my quad accident they suck
I would be interested in understanding the efficacy of exercise-only regimen versus exercise and hypertension therapy.
I do 100 push , 50 pull-up , 100 squats , 50 sitsup per day ..😂
Ecko attachment works well with bluetooth hearing aids I hear
Of course the pharmaceutical rep aka the Dr. recommends staying on pills.
I’m from Indian 🇮🇳❤
It is a diuretic..leaches Calcium and Magnesium...Are these fuckers Dumb? or are they being Paid...No..you are Being played.
Is it not just correlation? That those who can do 40 pushups are typically the ones who have their diet and exercise on point in the first place..?
I really want this device
This lady is a horrible person. She is a denier of biological aspects of people who do not share the same belief system as her. I wouldn't recommend her services to anyone ever.
My blood pressure was always between 130/80 to 145/97 but I didnt take it seriously for a couple years. One day I started exercising for almost 2 months and it dropped to 117/77. Now still exercising till today my average is around 100/60 to 120/80. For my experience I didn’t have any issues with HB despite having it for years without causing any symptoms or cause any organ damage in my body. Maybe because I’m young.
That's really good.
How old r u? my bp is also like your. I want to join gym but no time due to work. I m taking supllement even the result is not working. I m thinking to take life time medecine
@@sajanrai100 if your doc says you need medicine, follow their advice. it's serious stuff.
@@sajanrai100 I’m 34 now. I walk and jog 1 hour 5 times a week (afternoon), stretch for 20 minutes also 5 times a week (morning), eat plenty of fish, fruits and vegetables, avoid fast food, don’t overthink and get 8 hours sleep. I got my high blood pressure lower this way. At first it took around 5 weeks to see the effect. It’s under control within healthy range now without needing any med. If you’re over 60 it might take several months for you to see the effect.
